Privacy Policy
Firstfire Frontier Privacy Policy
Tiger Claw Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops Firstfire Frontier. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game or contact us.
1. Scope
This policy covers the current offline version of Firstfire Frontier. This version does not provide active online account registration, cloud saves, public chat, third-party advertising, or real-money purchases.
We will update this policy before introducing features that change how personal information is collected, used, or shared.
2. Information stored on your device
Firstfire Frontier stores information on your device to operate the game and preserve your progress. This may include:
- World generation information, discovered territory, settlements, and upgrades.
- Resources, research, quests, expeditions, events, rewards, and rebirth progress.
- Your chosen profile name, portrait, titles, and cosmetic selections.
- Game preferences, timestamps, and local recovery information.
The game uses this information to restore your progress, calculate gameplay rewards, remember your choices, and support local recovery. In the version covered by this policy, the game does not transmit these local saves or profile details to our servers.
Your device or operating-system backup service may separately back up app data according to your device settings and that provider’s policies.
3. Information you provide when contacting us
If you contact us for support, we receive information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or diagnostic files.
We use this information to respond to your request, investigate problems, and provide support. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
4. Advertising, purchases, and online services
The current version does not contain an active advertising, billing, analytics, authentication, cloud-save, or live-chat service integration.
If these services are introduced, we will update this policy to identify the relevant providers, describe the information involved, explain its purposes and retention, and describe available privacy controls. Where required, we will request consent before collecting or using information.
5. Sharing information
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Information you voluntarily send to support may be processed by the communication or service providers used to receive and manage your request.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, protect users and our legal rights, or investigate fraud or security incidents.
Google Play and your device platform may independently process information about your use of their services. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Retention and deletion
Local game information remains on your device until it is removed. You can remove local app data using your device’s app-storage controls. Uninstalling the game generally removes its local data, although operating-system backups may remain or restore data later.
Deleting local data may permanently remove your progress. We cannot recover local saves that have not been independently backed up.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, resolve related issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of information you have provided, subject to any lawful retention requirements.
This version does not create an online game account, so there is no developer-hosted account to delete.
7. Security
Local saves rely on your device’s storage protections. Protect access to your device and any backups you maintain.
No storage or communication method is completely secure. Avoid including sensitive personal information in profile names, screenshots, or support messages.
8. Children’s privacy
The current offline version does not transmit local player profiles or gameplay information to us.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, contact us so we can review the request and delete that information where appropriate.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
You can manage local information through your device settings and choose what information to include when contacting support.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or our information-handling practices change. The effective date will identify the current version. We will provide additional notice or request consent when required.
